This is the second volume of my childhood memoir. The first ended at the end of sixth grade at St. Patrick school in Anamosa, Iowa. This volume was to begin with my seventh grade under the tutelage of Sister Joseph Marie. Instead, I skipped to the summer after my high school graduation. I toiled those three months as pantry chef in Central City, Colorado. After the first two chapters I return to St. Pat’s school in Mea Culpas of a Misspent Youth, Stately Church: Church and State, and Staying Cool in School.
In Pubic Exposure I am attending Anamosa High School, home of the Blue Raiders. The remaining chapters through Mom follow my journey through those four years. The last contributions are from my mother’s siblings.
